(20/03/2025 - 24/03/2025) VIASM - Spring School on Algebraic Topology and Applications here
What an eye-opening event from VIASM. The mini course was "Seminar: Simplicial topological spaces, Curtis spectral sequence, and Free Lie functors".
I understood the simplicial topological spaces since it's quite close to what I have learned from my Msc in NUS.
The rest is quite foreign and due to the accent of Professor Lionel Schwartz, I couldn't get most of the things.
The research talks are more interesting, maybe I got half of the work people are doing,
this was the first time I see some people working in Category Theory,it's kinda cool to see this in person.
I wanted to say thank to Professor Lionel Schwartz, Professor Huỳnh Mùi for their inspiration and their love in mathematics,
and anh Lê Minh Hà for organizing this school that provide an immense exposure to young people. But I was too shy to say so.
Next, VIASM will have VIASM-REU-2025 which is a great opportunity.
Hopefully, they could shed some light to my future by accepting my application to this. Before this, I need to brush up my knowledge about Rings and Schemes first.
